📦 General - E-Bikes
Can I hire for half a day?
Our hire bookings are allocated in 24 hour increments, Each 'day' of hire is for 24 hours from the time you collect/recieve. You can return the bike at anytime in this period. ie. Begin your ride at 9am and return at 6pm the same day. Or the next day, whatever is best for you. Extended bookings of multiple days automatically enable a discount.
Where can i take my rental bike?
Anywhere you like! Providing the riding conditions are within the intended scope of the bike you have chosen. eg. Off road bikes for rough single track, Urban/cruiser bikes for smooth gravel trails, Bike paths or Rottnest Island
Are the bikes ferry compatible?
All Rottnest Island ferries require that an E-bike must have it's b attery removed while intransit on the ferry. All ebikes in the 'Bikes best for Rottnest Island' category are compatible with this requirement. The City to South Perth ferry does not have this requirement. You can simply wheel the bike on and off.
How long will the battery last?
Typically the bikes will manage a 30-40km ride at moderate high power settings and much longer at lower power settings. Remember the more power you add to the the pedal stroke, the longer you can go. The less power you add, the faster the battery will expire.
how fast is the bike?
All legal E-bikes in Australia are 'Pedal Assist' and will add power to your pedal stroke up to 25km/h. You can continue accellerating beyond that with your owne leg power.
is there an age limit?
There is no upper or lower age limit to ride the bikes, though the individual booking the bike must be 18yo or older. Minors will need to be large enought to comfortably handle the bike safely and must be accompanied by an adult.
DO i need a booking?
Absolutely. We are often out on delivereies and not always at the workshop, so bookings are essential. We will cater to your needs and meet you where you require, when you require, but we need a little notice to do so.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
Yes, wearing a helmet is always a good idea, but it's also enforcable by law when riding an e-bike on any public road or path in Australia.
Do you have scooters for rent?
No. Due to the lower safety and comfort aspects of a scoot, and the sedentry nature of operating one, we do not offer scooter hire services.
What happens if my bike is damaged or stolen?
You are full responsible for the hire equipment while it is in your care. you must keep it secure and take care of it during operation. Should the equipment be lost or damaged on your wathc, you are liable for the replacement/repair costs.
Are the bikes tracked?
Yes, each bike has tracking upgrades built in to the electronics of the bike, while we can't de activate the bikes remotely, we can see each bikes location whenerver it is within range of a mobile network.
What If i get a flat tire?
We offer a puncture insurance add-on to fix a puncture on-site for you if you expereince one, or you can have one repaired by a bike shoop (or DIY).
Can I chose any pick up location?
We can make tyour bike booking accessible at a variety of location on THIS MAP. They will likely need to be transported to the pick up location, so the booking will need to be made first, then we can offer you options for times on that date depending on staff availability and what other deliveries/drop-offs are booked on that day.First in first served.
Can I tow a trailer with the bikes?
Yes, we have two trailer formats available for hire and will pre configure your booking with the tow hook required. Check out the range of trailer options HERE
Can I transport the bikes with a car?
Yes, E-bikes can be transported in Utes, Vans, large wagons and SUV's. IF you are intending to transport the bikes on a tow rack, it must be the 'platform' format and not the 'hang' style due to the ebike frame shapes na dpotential damage. We have a suitable bike rack availble for hire HERE

How do I search for a specific product?
You can use the search bar at the top of our website to enter keywords or the name of the product you are looking for. Filters are also available to help narrow down your search results.
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we have a customer-friendly return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a specified period for a refund or exchange.
💸 Payments
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, we can add bikes, helpmets, baskets, delivery and anything else you may need after you sumbimt your order.
How can I cancel my order?
Please get in touch with us if your circumtances change and you can no longer enjoy your booking. There are no cancellation fees, but please be courteous and provide adequate notice to minimise disruption to our bisiness.
Do you charge a security deposit?
Yes, security deposits are mandatory and will be cahrged to your credit card upon the beginning of your booking and will be refunded upon safe return of your hire equipment.
